THEN I HEARD THE VOICE OF THE LORD SAYING,
"WHOM SHALL I SEND? AND WHO WILL GO FOR US?"
AND I SAID, "HERE AM I. SEND ME!"
FOR THE SPIRIT OF THE SOVEREIGN LORD IS ON ME,
BECAUSE THE LORD HAS ANOINTED ME
TO PREACH GOOD NEWS TO THE POOR.
   (ISAIAH 6:8; 61:1)

Dear Beloved,

Korea is becoming my new home, and partnering with other people in other nations is exactly where I want to be. I clearly remember the first time I meditated on the above scripture as a young teenager, and the sounding groan that roared from deep within my soul. I wanted to be an ambassador. In fact, I wanted it so bad I confused high school as a road block rather than a stepping stone. Fortunately, my passion has never blinked away since my encounter with Isaiah's courage, and neither has God's generous favor in maturing and mending my rough edges. It's been approximately 15 years since my longing to be sent, and the time to harvest is here!

On January 30-February 6, 2015 I will be serving alongside 10 truly respectable leaders who walk in the strength and leadership, rarely seen even among their own peers.  Lucky me!

With sensitivity to Myanmar's hard political histories as they continue to surface between people groups and religions, my heart is to go and see people healed and live with new hope. I see this as a nation in need of restructuring, and I believe that is also what the Spirit intends to do!

It is only in my best interest to go supported and covered. I know the strength of prayer and the mileage of finances. Please consider partnering with me in these ways as this letter reaches you. I have sown into this trip personally, and my remaining support raising goal is 1,100,000won ($1,100).  I'm honored that you read this far! I'll be in touch.

All my love and more,
Jane Cho
