Dear Friends and Family,
I pray and hope that all has been good with you all for our God is faithful! A lot has happened this year for me and as this adventurous year ends and a new year approaches, I’ve been given the opportunity to go on missions outside of Korea this winter. I would like to share briefly about what this is all about.
From Jan 9 to Jan 16, I will be in Myanmar serving on a missions trip with my church “New Philadelphia” (newphiladelphiachurch.com). My team consists of 12 servant-hearted people who are giving up their vacation days and free time to go to this nation and display the love of Jesus Christ. We will be ministering to local congregations and church leaders, in addition to Christian refugee communities along the border region.
I’m so excited to go. It is my first time visiting Myanmar, but I am looking forward in figuring out the reason God is sending me there! I remember my first missions trip few years ago where as a young boy I dreamt of becoming a missionary and returning. I pray that same pure heart of love will be upon me.
