Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. Hello! I would first like to thank you for taking time to read this letter.
From July 17 to July 30, I will be in both Las Vegas and then San Francisco serving on a ministry trip with my church “New Philadelphia” (newphiladelphiachurch.com). I will be joining a team of 10 amazing, Jesus loving, New Philly leaders to serve our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ in the States. Our team will be ministering first at Las Vegas Full Gospel Church and then at a retreat hosted by Living Hope Christian Center called “Rite of Passage,” where our lead pastor, Christian Lee, will be the main speaker. Our team will be ministering at these different retreats as agents releasing revival fire amongst the young generation in the States. We will be giving seminars, leading small groups, building relationships and empowering the leaders in these churches. God is moving among the young generation here in Korea and I believe that what we have is going to multiply as we have the honor to minister at these different churches in the west coast.
Personally I am quite excited to minister in the States. Since I serve as a full-time College Pastor for Emmaus, New Philly’s college ministry, I am excited for God to multiply what He is doing in Emmaus over these different ministries in the States. I believe that what God is doing in Emmaus among the college students is for the wider body of Christ and our ceiling is the floor for the ministries. The young generation is our future and they are the ones that are to release God’s Kingdom here on earth as it is in Heaven. Currently in the States, though statistically speaking, Christianity is the main religion in America; the reality of it is questionable. Personally being born and raised in the States, I saw how dry the church has become and how the young generation is slowly leaving the church. However, I believe that God is doing a new thing in this generation and that He is raising up the youth all over the world. As we minister at Las Vegas Full Gospel and Living Hope Christian Center, I believe that God will move powerfully bringing refreshment and encouragement to the young generation! I am so honored to be able to serve God’s Kingdom in this way.
