As 2016 comes to a close, there are still more
adventures to be had!
May I share with you about a missions trip that I’ll be going on?
For the last week of this year, From December 26th to 31st, I will be in Chennai, India serving with my church: “New Philadelphia” (newphiladelphiachurch.com). Thirteen of us will pool our gifts and talents to minister inside and outside of churches as we travel through the city and surrounding villages partnering with what God is already doing in ministries there. The lasting impact of encouraging the saints, preaching the truth,andreleasing wholeness and freedom over the people we meet makes even a short trip like this an opportunity to see God’s Kingdom come and His will be done long after we leave.
I’m so excited to go! Our missions organization and a previous missions team from my church have built a strong bond with some of the pastors and ministers in Chennai, so our team will be continuing to water seeds planted there and to deepen relationships already started. Through encouraging, teaching, and walking as examples of freedom in Christ, we will see God do great things in and through us. When it’s all over, none of us will be the same, but we’ll all be blessed!

As the trip approaches, I’ll be sending prayer requests and then as we leave, I’ll ask for prayer covering while we’re gone.
