Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance,
the ends of the earth your possession. (Psalm 2:8)

Dear friends,
It’s finally summer! I hope this letter finds you in good health and rejoicing because our God is so good! I’m happy to say that I’ll be returning to Thailand again for a summer missions trip with my church “New Philadelphia.” A team of 15 of us will be going to Thailand to minister to the local churches and schools from July 27 – August 8!
My first initial reaction to finding out that I would be returning to Thailand again for summer missions was complete shock because this past winter missions trip, I was sent out to Thailand. I couldn’t believe that I was being sent out to the exact same country that I had just returned from 5 months ago. But I quickly shifted, and God began to speak to me. I realized that in the natural, Thailand is the same place, but in the spirit, Thailand has changed and the work that God has been doing there for the past 5 months has been radical. I’m SO excited, and I’m not only getting the opportunity to minister in Thailand again, but I get to be a witness to how God has been transforming the people and the nation.
The national religion in Thailand is Theravada Buddhism and less that 1% of the nation is actually Christian. There are Buddhist shrines all over the streets and schools. Although it’s a national religion, I know the people in Thailand are hungry for something more! And I would like to invite you to partner with me in some way and claim Thailand as our inheritance!
One way you can support me is through prayer. There will be updates sent out every day through the New Philadelphia facebook page, as well as my specific prayer requests that I’ll be sending out before I leave for Thailand. Another way you can support me is through finances. I will be raising about 1,200,000 KRW (about 1,200 USD) to cover part of the cost of the trip (including my own deposit). If you’d like to support me, please make a pledge on the website!
Thank you and love you all,
