Dear friends,
Hello~! How are you? I hope everything is going well with you and that this letter finds you and your family well. As I am pursuing to become a woman of influence, spreading the good news, I felt a great need to build myself up with the word of God. I have been digging deep into the Gospels for the past few months and surely, God had a purpose for it! By His grace, I have been given an opportunity to share the Gospel to people who have never before heard the Gospel message.
From Jan. 28th to Feb. 4th, I will be in Bangladesh serving on a mission trip with my church “New Philadelphia” (newphiladelphiachurch.com). My team consists of 10 brothers and sisters who are giving up their vacation days and free time to go to this nation and spread the good news! We will be preaching the Gospel in the unreached villages of Jessore, ministering to Christian congregations in the capital of Dhaka and leading people to Christ. How exciting!
Bangladesh is a heavily Muslim country and known to be one of the largest unreached people groups in the world. However, God has been powerfully moving! Our church visited this country last year and came back with amazing testimonies, including over 1,300 salvations! Praise God! Bangladesh is a developing country, lacking education, clean water and gender equality. As our team reaches out to the Bengali people, we claim that they will be laborers into his harvest. (Matthew 9:38) We contend for the entire nation to be transformed by Christ!
