And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord,
are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another.

Shalom! How have you been? I hope this letter finds you healthy and joyful in God. I wanted to take this time to share with you about a mission trip that I’ll be serving in this summer.
From July 25 to August 1, I will be in Bangladesh, serving on a mission trip with my church “New Philadelphia” (www.newphiladelphiachurch.com). My team consists of 13 people who are giving up their vacation days and free time to go to this nation and display the love of Jesus Christ. We will be visiting church plants in various towns and cities, giving out gifts and financial supports, praying for the sick and hosting revival services.
As I look back my previous mission trip to the Philippines, I can’t help but praise God for what he has done there. God allowed us to see salvations, 36 physical healings of various disease and pain, inner healings, and baptism of the Holy Spirit. I and my team were amazed by how God can choose the weak and do His mighty works when they come in agreement with the word and obey!
And this summer, I and my team are going out to the nation of Bangladesh which is one of the poorest and the most oppressed countries in the world to share the gospel of the Kingdom. As the bible verse above, our God is a god of ever-increasing glory. What I saw before was great, but I don’t want to be satisfied and stay at the same place since the Kingdom of Heaven is forcefully advancing even at this very moment. We will boldly step into the land and preach good news to the poor, bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim freedom for the captives, and bestow on the people a crown of beauty instead of ashes. (Isaiah 61:1~3)
Will you join me in this mission trip with your heart and prayer? This is the 8th mission trip in my life, and from my past experiences that I was delivered from the danger of a poisonous snake and severe illnesses during the trip, I know very clearly that prayer covering is so much more important than any other things. I would like to recruit you to partner with me in prayer during my time in the field. Satan will be on the attack but I’m asking that you will stand with me in declaring Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against us shall prosper! Also, in order to go, I must individually raise 850,000 krw. A form is included for you to consider helping in this way. Thank you for reading.
