Dear friends and family,
Greetings in the Lord! I hope everything is going well with you in the Lord! I wanted to take this brief time to share with you regarding an opportunity the Lord has opened in my life to go on missions this winter!
From February 2nd- February11th, I will be traveling with a missions team to Phnom Penh, Cambodia with my church, New Philadelphia Church (www.facebook.com/newphilly). My team consists of 12 people who are giving up their vacation days for the cause of the gospel. What’s exciting about our missions trip is that we’ll be the first trip to feature the creative arts and dancing in our outreach. In fact our entire team will be dancing as a way to spread the beauty and worth of Christ. As for myself, I’ll play the role of being the videographer and photographer for our ministry times. We’ll get involved with street preaching and dance outreach, orphanage ministry, youth evangelism training, and village revival services. This team will have awesome relational time with youth in the children's home, training them up in evangelism, ministering with them during the dance outreaches and also the village revival services. Our native pastor contact is Pastor Vanna, a youth ministry pastor and direct disciple of Pastor Sinai (NPWM Cambodia National Director).
I know that a missions trip to Cambodia can be a spiritually challenging one, but I’m equally confident that with your prayers and support, the Lord will more than surplus His extravagant grace and power upon our team and make us effective witnesses of His gospel in the forms that we minister with.
