Dear friends,
Hello! How are you doing? I hope that God is doing wonderful things in your life as He is in mine and that you and your family are rejoicing in the joy of the Lord. I wanted to take this time to share with you a God-given opportunity.
From July 20 to July 27, I will be in Medan, Indonesia to serve in missions this summer with my church “New Philadelphia” (www.newphilly.cc). For 7 days, my 12 teammates and I are going to carry God’s heart for the nation and display the love of Jesus Christ. We will be visiting church plants in various towns and cities, offering gifts, praying for the sick, and hosting revival services.
As one of the world’s most heavily populated Muslim nations, Christians in Indonesia face severe violence and persecution every day. While Christianity is growing at a remarkable rate as a religious revolution is transforming Indonesia, hostile opposition and attacks from radical Muslim groups has by no means slowed down. Christians face discrimination and oppression in various aspects of life. It is our hope and prayer that as we carry Isaiah 61:1 on our hearts and go in the anointing of the Holy Spirit, the gospel will bring freedom and healing to the land.
While God has opened up a door for me to go deeper in His heart of justice and compassion for His people all over the world, I’d like to share with you two ways in which you can partner with me on this missions trip.
