Hello! How are you? I hope that this letter finds you rejoicing in the sweetness and awesomeness of God! I wanted to take this time to share with you about a mission trip that I’ll be serving in this summer. I am super excited!
From July 20 to 27, I will be in Indonesia with a team from New Philadelphia Church (www.newphilly.cc). My team consists of 13 passionate lovers of Jesus who are giving up their vacation days and free time to go to this nation and display the love of the Father. We will be visiting church plants in various towns and cities, giving out gifts and medicine, praying for the sick, and hosting revival services.
This will be my first mission trip to Indonesia and I’m expecting God to do BIG things in a fresh and mind-blowing way. I’ve heard so many crazy testimonies from 2010 summer mission trips to Jakarta and West Papua, Indonesia. They’re filled with stories of 100+ people being healed miraculously of all kinds of sickness, and many receiving fresh fire from the Holy Spirit. I truly believe that what we’ve witnessed so far will be the floor of what we’re about to enter into!
I’m contending for God’s manifest presence to fall upon wherever our team goes and we will see numerous signs, wonders, healings and miracles. We want to witness the blind see, the deaf hear, and the lame walk! It is our prayer to see the fire of the Spirit being released and Joel 2:28-29 being fulfilled in Indonesia.
