Hello~! I hope everything is going well with you and that this letter finds you and your family well. This year, I have been receiving so much favor and love from the Lord that I have been a walking testimony on how the Lord has been so faithful! God is GOOD! Over the years, I’ve had a passion for missions and just been waiting for my time. By his grace, I have been given an opportunity to go with a wonderful house that I joined six months ago.
From July 27 to August 3rd, I will be in Japan serving on a mission trip with my church “New Philadelphia” (newphiladelphiachurch.com). My team consists of 14 wonderful brothers and sisters who are giving up their vacation days and free time to go to this nation and display the love of Jesus Christ.
Japan is known for one of the hardest countries to evangelize. According to the World Value Survey, 70% of Japanese churches have an average attendance of less than 30, though membership is double this figure. Our team is ready to go there and do some street evangelism, pray for the sick, act of service, and visit church plants. It is our prayer that as we go in the anointing of the Holy Spirit, the gospel will bring healing to the land.
I hope that you will share in my enthusiasm. There are two ways in which you can take part for this mission trip. First, I’d like to ask you for your prayers. Prayers are so important before, during and after the missions field.
