Hi! My family in Christ ^-^
I wanted to share about my plans this summer. Originally, I had not planned on going summer missions, but God had other things in mind. I have decided to go with the Lord’s plans instead of mine. I will trust Him and praise Him and go where he is sending me!
From July 21 to July 28, I will be going to Malaysia serving on a missions trip with my church “New Philadelphia” (newphiladelphiachurch.com). I am on a team of 14 servant-hearted people, and though it is large group I believe God will use us greatly on the missions field. We will be preaching the gospel, praying for the sick, and sharing God’s love to those in Malaysia.
Missions training has already begun, and it has not been easy for me to communicate in English as a native Korean. Regardless of the language barrier, I want to speak the language of love to all those around me. I long to know and experience God more and grow more in God. I want to see the work of God in the missions filed.
In order for me to go on the trip, I need to raise 850,000 krw. Would you consider partnering with me through finances? I am also asking for prayer support in order that the people’s hearts in Malaysia will turn towards God and open up to him.
GOD has been showing me many many great things and he’s given me much strength this year. I am expecting a lot from this opportunity that God has opened for me and I hope to have a chance to serve God and grow more in him. I’m so excited to go. Thank you for considering supporting me in my second missions trip with New Philly :)
