Hi friends!!
Did you know that the first place I noticed that the Holy Spirit can move with power was in the Philippines? On my first mission trip with New Philadelphia Church in the summer of 2007, and on two other ministry teams I’ve witnessed the hunger, hospitality, and zeal of the Filipino people. I realized in that nation that this is what moves the heart of God. It’s their hunger and hospitality that drew them into the presence of God. I am certain God has called this nation to be a host for His dwelling. This is a place where Filipinos and those from other South East Asian nations are coming to be equipt to carry the gospel into those Muslim nations in the Middle East.
Can you believe this is the nation God has called me to this winter? And not only will I be going with a strong team of leaders, but this will be my first time leading the team! We will be in the slums of metro Manila from December 27th – January 3rd. We will be working with Pastor Ezekiel and Pastor Ucat whom I’ve met on previous accounts through our NPWM (Native Partners for World Missions) network. We will be preaching the gospel, praying for the sick, feeding the hungry, and having revival services.
Now I know this seems like any other mission trip, but I assure it is not. As our Missions Director Lisa and a team of leaders went to serve at the NPWM Conference this September, they saw the influence of Pastor Ucat, and the apostolic anointing she had in leading the pastors all over Manila. Lisa then decided that clearly God wanted to send a team to the slums of Manila, the main ministry of Pastor Ucat.

- For wisdom and understanding as I lead the team
- For each team member to access their gifts & talents
- For constant opportunities to reveal Christ to God’s people
- For God to show up in power and with fire to every individual we meet
Would you send me out by praying for me and supporting me financially? I need to raise 1,100,000 KRW by December 20th. I have already sown in a personal contribution of 220,000 KRW and must raise the rest.
