Unexpected but exciting news... This coming Winter I will be leaving my pregnant wife and baby girl to answer the call to GO to the nations with my church “New Philadelphia”! You seeing this letter because either I love you, you love me, and/or God led you here to my webpage by divine appointment~ Hallelujah muhahaha.
Right now, even as I’m researching, looking at photos and prayerfully thinking of this trip, my heart is *seriously* burning. Been getting so wrecked by His presence this past season, desiring so badly for that beautiful wreckage to fall on the churches and the nation of Myanmar. I actually joined a little late due to various restraints, but being my first official New Philadelphia Missions trip (before the 2nd one comes), decided with Grace to just go for it. So personally, it’s so significant for me with what the Lord is doing to go. More than that, Myanmar is a nation that is not only 89% Buddhist (less than 4% Christian), but a nation known for its increasing heavy persecution of Christians. I even read that, “new believers routinely lose employment and homes, and women have been raped and murdered by the military” (Voice of Martyrs). The souls and grounds of Myanmar are crying out for revival of Jesus! Now!
I will be serving with a team consisting of 11 crazy fire-filled preachers, intercessors and worshipers. The team will be visiting two cities - Yangon and Pinoolwin, to strengthen and encourage students at Evangel Bible College and Immanuel Bible College. We will also be ministering at local churches, leading revival meetings, and praying for the sick. Going to be nuts! Man, come on!
