Dear Supporter,
Hello! How are you? I hope this letter find you and your family doing well and rejoicing in the Lord. I would like to take this time to share about a mission trip I will be taking.
Can you imagine a land nestled amidst the Himalayas where they export carpets and have the greatest altitude various on Earth? This is the destination that I will be headed to this winter. From January 30 to February 6, I will be in the beautiful country of Nepal. My team consists of 11 loving and generous people who are giving their free time and vacations to go and show the Nepalese people the love of Jesus.
This wonderful country has had an interesting history with many monarchs and democracy being established only in 2008. During our time there we will be ministering to local pastors, encouraging and strengthening them as they work in Nepalese and Tibetan refugee communities. We will also be empowering local youth leaders as they reach out to the Nepalese youth. It is our prayer to be an extension of the heart of God as we show his love and goodness to them.
I am excited about the opportunities and experiences that lie ahead. I would love to share this experience with you! There are 2 ways in which you can partner with me. First, I would like to ask for your prayer. I will be sending out pre-trip emails to keep you updated on our progress as we prepare.
