“Everyone who calls out to the Lord for help will be saved.” But how can they call to him for help if they have not believed? And how can they believe if they have not heard the message? And how can they hear if the message is not proclaimed? And how can the message be proclaimed if the messengers are not sent out? Greetings! I hope this letter finds you and your family well during this time of remembering our Lord and Savior’s birth! May grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you! I wanted to take a moment to share with you about a missions trip I’ll be serving on this winter.
I will be answering the Lord’s call on my life to serve on a missions trip from February 7-14. I will be a part of a powerfully anointed team of 12 with my church, New Philadelphia (www.newphiladelphiachurch.com)! Our team will be serving and ministering to the city of Dumagete! Dumaguete was one of the cities hit hardest by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. Most of the relief and clean-up operations will have been underway for close to four months by the time we arrive. Our goal is to empower the local church and honor the local pastors of Dumaguete. We will be partnering with Pastor Abuzo, conducting village outreach, revival services and inner healing ministry. We want to see the brokenhearted and the captives proclaim freedom in the healing power of Jesus Christ!
