I hope this letter finds you well. There have been many exciting things going on in my life and it is my joy to share one with you. From January 26 to February 2 of 2015, I will be joining my church, New Philadelphia Church, on a mission trip to……… WEST PAPUA!
I haven’t been on the mission field for 4 years, but it has been made clear to me that God Himself is sending me this season. I submitted in obedience and I am very excited to take part in this. With a team of 11 people, I have the opportunity to minister to students of Erikson-Tritt Theological College, leaders of local churches, and prayer meetings. Our team is being sent to encourage, empower the local people and hold revival services. God is calling us to join with Him in the beautiful ministry He has already started in West Papua.
I would like to ask for your partnership with me in this mission trip. First of all, join me in prayer and intercession. Cover our team with prayer, for protection, grace, and empowering of the Holy Spirit. Pray in ways that you are personally led to. Also, I would like to ask you to partner with me financially. The total cost of the trip is 1,700,000. I ask that you prayerfully consider sowing into my trip and send me to West Papua.
